Every car door has weather strip seals on either side of the glass. The weather stripping keeps out water and dirt but mainly its to keep your window from rattling around in the door panel. On most cars the weather stripping has a soft felt molded into the rubber on both sides of the glass. But recently there has been a few cars that apply the felt only on the outside weather stripping and not the inside. After a window is tinted if a small piece of dust particles gets sandwiched between the glass and rubber it will leave a fine scratch running the length of the glass.
Some of the 2008 cars in the list have added the felt from the factory. Its easy to check your car to see if you may need Moleskin. Just roll the window all the way down and take a peek at the inside rubber.
