Where We Ship To

Delivery is available within the continental U.S. only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after providing the destination address. Shipping costs vary depending on weight/size of your order and which shipping method you select.

Free shipping on purchases of $100 or more

We’ll automatically apply free shipping at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Within 5-7 Business Days

Your order should be delivered within 5 to 7 business days following order processing.

Estimated Delivery Within 3-5 Business Days

When you select First-Class Mail or First-Class Package Service, your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order processing.

Estimated Delivery Within 3-5 Business Days

When you select Priority Mail or Flat Rate: Priority Mail, your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order processing.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow additional business days for delivery to the U.S. east coast (Digi Sports is on the west coast) and rural zip codes.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Completed Order email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Digisports4u.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
