However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unopened and unused merchandise to us for store credit or an exchange only. Returns
All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
All services rendered by Digi Sports are provided on a non-refundable basis.
Return Process
For in-store purchases, please stop by with the item and proof of purchase to request a return.
For online purchases, email or call us at (619) 283-3650 to request a return. If your return is approved, place the item securely (we are not responsible for damaged merchandise during shipping & handling) in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Store Credit or Exchange
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. If, upon inspection, your item is opened, used, damaged, or not a product purchased on the receipt, your return will be reconsidered. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Rackets with customized string and tension
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
Please Note
- A restocking fee of up to 50% will be charged for all items that are not in original selling condition
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
